Warranty Obligations

Warranty period is the period during which the customer, having discovered a defect in the product, has the right to demand that the seller or manufacturer take measures to eliminate the defect. The seller must eliminate the defects, unless it is proven that they arose as a result of the buyer's violation of the operating rules.

Each specific product has its own warranty period.

The warranty period for Etalon Mix products and other goods in the store begins:

  • from the moment the goods are transferred to the consumer, if there is no clarification in the contract;
  • if it is not possible to establish the day of purchase, then the warranty starts from the date of manufacture;
  • when ordering goods from the online store, the warranty starts from the day of delivery.

According to Art. 26.1 of the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", you have the right to return the goods purchased in the online store within seven days after receiving the goods.

There are restrictions on the return of goods of good quality, you can read more in the section Return Conditions.

Warranty obligations cover all damage to the product, demonstrably caused by a manufacturing defect or material defect.

The warranty does not cover goods with defects that arose after the transfer of the goods to the Buyer due to the Buyer's violation of the rules of use, storage or transportation of the goods, actions of third parties or force majeure, including voltage surges.

Warranty obligations do not cover any mechanical damage.

Warranty obligations do not cover damage caused by the ingress of foreign objects, substances, insects, liquids.

The warranty is void if the seals are broken. The warranty also becomes invalid if during the warranty period the repair of faulty goods was carried out by unauthorized persons. If the product, intended for use in domestic conditions, was used for production purposes, then it is removed from the warranty.

Warranty obligations do not cover: parts subject to natural wear and tear during operation of the product (lamps, knives, attachments, hydraulics, teeth);damage caused by excessive loads and improper handling or maintenance.

Warranty service does not include: cleaning, lubrication of products, sharpening and adjustment of goods after any period of operation. Technical maintenance is carried out by the buyer independently or on a paid basis.

The seller is responsible under the terms of these warranty obligations only to the extent of the amount paid by the Buyer for this product.

The defective product is accepted only in a clean and fully complete set.

Return Conditions

Return or exchange of goods of good quality after receipt

The Buyer has the right to refuse the ordered Goods of good quality at any time before the Order is fulfilled, and after the transfer of the Goods - within seven (7) days, not counting the day of its purchase.

The Buyer has the right within fourteen (14) days from the date of transfer to the Buyer of non-food goods of good quality (not counting the day of purchase) to exchange them for a similar product from the seller from whom this product was purchased, if the specified product does not fit in shape, dimensions, style, color, size or completeness.

The return of goods of good quality is possible only if their consumer properties and marketable appearance are preserved (no traces of use and wear, the presence of original and undamaged packaging and labels).

Please note that some categories of goods of good quality are not subject to return or exchange in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2020 N 2463. The following are not subject to return or exchange:

  • Goods for the prevention and treatment of diseases at home (sanitary and hygiene items made of metal, rubber, textiles and other materials, medical products, oral hygiene products, eyeglass lenses, childcare items), medicines,
  • Personal hygiene items (toothbrushes, combs, hairpins, curlers, wigs, hairpieces and other similar items),
  • Perfumery and cosmetic products,
  • Household chemicals,
  • Technically complex household goods for which warranty periods of at least one year are established,
  • Non-periodical publications (books, brochures, albums, cartographic and sheet music publications, broadsides, calendars, booklets, publications reproduced on technical information carriers).

Refund

If the Buyer refuses the Goods of good quality, the Seller must return to the Buyer the amount of money paid by the Buyer under the contract, except for the Seller's expenses for delivery of the returned Goods from the Buyer.

The cost of delivery of the order and return shipping is not refundable.

The refund is made within 10 days from the date of the application and the goods themselves. The period for crediting funds to the Client's bank account depends on the internal regulations of the recipient bank.

Return of defective goods

Claims are accepted within 14 days after receiving the goods and during the warranty period for equipment. In case of incorrect order completion or defects, the cost of return shipping is paid by the Seller.

General Provisions

The refund is made depending on the method of payment for the order.

If the order is paid by credit card on the website or in the store, the refund is possible only to the credit card from which the payment was made and only to the owner of the credit card upon presentation of a passport. Please note! The transfer of a credit card to another person is prohibited by the rules of the banking organization.

If the order is paid in cash, the refund is made at the buyer's request, either in cash (if available at the time of return) or by cashless transfer of funds to the buyer's account (upon application).

When returning the goods, the customer fills out a return application with the passport data. Return of goods without an identity document is not possible.

The refund is made within 10 days.

By placing an Order, the Buyer confirms that he/she/it has read the terms of purchase and return policy.

The Seller is not responsible for damage caused to the Buyer as a result of improper use of the Goods ordered in the online store. The administration of the online store also does not provide consultations on the use and selection of Goods for individual use.
