Payment Rules
We accept the following payment cards: VISA Inc, MasterCard WorldWide, MIR.
To pay for goods with a bank card when placing an order in the online store, select the payment method: bank card.
When paying for an order with a bank card, the payment is processed on the bank's authorization page, where you need to enter the details of your bank card:
- Card type
- Card number,
- Card expiration date (indicated on the front of the card)
- Cardholder name (in Latin letters, exactly as indicated on the card)
- CVC2/CVV2 code
If your card is connected to the 3D-Secure service, you will be automatically redirected to the page of the bank that issued the card to go through the authentication procedure. For information on the rules and methods of additional identification, please contact the Bank that issued you the bank card.
The security of processing Internet payments through the bank's payment gateway is guaranteed by the international PCI DSS security certificate. Information is transmitted using TLS encryption technology. This information is not available to third parties.
Tips and recommendations on the necessary security measures for making payments using a bank card:
- Keep your plastic cards as safe as you keep cash. Do not forget them in the car, restaurant, shop, etc.
- Never give your full credit card number over the phone to any person or company.
- Always have at hand the phone number for emergency contact with the bank that issued your card, and in case of its loss, immediately contact the bank.
- Enter the card details only when making a purchase. Never specify them for any other reason.
Return of goods
The procedure for returning goods is regulated by Article 26.1 of the Federal Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
- The consumer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before its transfer, and after the transfer of the goods - within seven days;
- The return of goods of good quality is possible if its presentation, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods are preserved;
- The consumer is not entitled to refuse a good of good quality with individually defined properties if the specified good can be used exclusively by the person purchasing it;
- ; If the consumer refuses the goods, the seller must return to him/her/it the amount of money paid by the consumer under the contract, with the exception of the seller's expenses for delivery from the consumer of the returned goods, no later than ten days from the date of the consumer's presentation of the relevant requirement;
Refusal of service
The consumer's right to terminate the contract for the provision of services is regulated by Article 32 of the Federal Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights».
- The consumer has the right to terminate the contract for the provision of services at any time, having paid the contractor a part of the price in proportion to the part of the service provided before receiving notification of the termination of the specified contract and reimbursing the contractor for the expenses incurred by it up to this moment in order to fulfill the contract, if they are not included in the specified part of the price of the service;
- If the consumer discovers shortcomings in the rendered service, he/she/it has the right to choose to demand: free elimination of shortcomings; a corresponding reduction in price; reimbursement of expenses incurred by him/her/it to eliminate the shortcomings on his/her/its own or by third parties;
- The consumer has the right to make claims related to the shortcomings of the rendered service, if they are discovered during the warranty period, and in its absence, within a reasonable period, within two years from the date of acceptance of the rendered service;
- The contractor is responsible for the shortcomings of the service for which the warranty period is not established, if the consumer proves that they arose before its acceptance by him/her/it or for reasons that arose before that moment;
Delivery
Delivery is made on the 1st-2nd working day from the moment the money is credited to our account.
The goods are transferred to the transport company on weekdays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Delivery is carried out throughout Russia.
